북한과 중국, 그리고 러시아 - North Korea, China and Russia

북한과 중국, 러시아가 뭉치면, 어떤 결과가 초래될 것인가.

정말 세계 제 3차 대전은 일어날 수 있을까.

무모함보다 아주 조금만 더 현명하다면, 모두가 파멸로 향하는 길을 선택하지는 않을텐데 말이다.

그들의 독선과 무모함은 어디까지 일까.

북한은 아마 고구려-발해 시대, 즉 만주, 연해주, 간도까지 영역을 넓혔던 역사를 기억하고 이를 답습하고 싶은지도 모른다.

중국은 호시탐탐 동북공정을 통해 북한 뿐 아니라 한반도를 차지할 궁리를 하고 있다.

러시아는 항상 불안한 자국의 위치를 고민하며 중국과 북한 사이에서 발해의 역사를 통해 북한에 대한 정당성을 주장하려 한다.

하나하나 따져보면 각각의 이해관계가 완전히 상충됨에도 돈독한 관계인 척 하는 것은,

셋 모두 '공산주의' '마르크스' '사회주의'를 표방하고 있다는 점이다.

이들의 특징이 바로 '화전양면' 전술이다.

진정한 '신뢰'의 관계가 아닌, 오직 자신의 '이익'을 위해 '~인 척' 하는 관계, 위장과 거짓, 위선으로 포장된 모습이 바로 공산주의, 사회주의 국가의 진정한 속내이다.

그래서 결국 그들은 서로를 속이고 속는 전쟁을 하고 있는 지도 모른다.

Could World War 3 really happen?
If only a little bit wiser than reckless, not everyone would choose the road to ruin.
How far will their self-righteousness and recklessness go?
North Korea might remember the history of the Goguryeo-Balhae era, that is, expanding its territory to Manchuria, Maritime Province, and Gando, and want to follow it.
China is trying to occupy not only North Korea but also the Korean Peninsula through the Eastnorthe Project.
Russia always contemplates its unstable position and tries to claim legitimacy for North Korea through the history of Balhae between China and North Korea.
If you look at each one, pretending to be a strong relationship even though the interests of each are completely in conflict,
The point is that all three stand for 'communism', 'Marxism', and 'socialism'.
Their distinctive feature is the 'Stick-and-carrot strategy' tactic.
Not a true relationship of 'trust', but a relationship of 'pretending to be' only for one's own 'benefit', the appearance wrapped in camouflage, lies, and hypocrisy is the true intention of communist and socialist countries.
So, in the end, they may be fighting a war of deceiving and being deceived by each other.

최근 북한은 핵전술 잠수함을 공개했다. 

북한의 잠수함 기술은 인정할 만 하다.

1960년대까지도 잠수함으로 간첩이 침투하기도 했으니 말이다.

또한 그 숫자는 남한이 보유한 잠수함의 7배가 넘는다.

아마 지금은 10배가 될수 있지 않을까 싶다.

이들이 이러한 선전활동을 통해, 중국, 러시아와의 관계에서도 우위를 차지하고자 하는 것은 당연하다.

또한 중국이 갖지 못한 바다를 통한 침투를 북한은 할수 있기 때문에 지정학적 이점은 확실하다.

이렇게 비약적인 발전을 이루는 동안 남한, 대한민국은 5년마다 정권교체에 따라 북한을 지지하기도 하고 배척하기도 하고, 시간 낭비를 해왔는지도 모른다.

결론적으로 대한민국은 약해진 군대, 줄어든 인구, 힘들어진 경제, 그 어느 것도 단단히 하지 못한 듯 하다.

미국, 일본에 의지한 채로 관망하고 있었던 것은 아닌지 씁쓸하다.

북한과 중국, 그리고 러시아의 회동에서 가져갈 가치는 뻔하지만 그 힘은 생각보다 클수 있다.

그리고 우리가 감히 감당하기 어려운 것일 수 있다.

세계적으로 고립된 세 나라가 세계적으로 무서운 무기와 힘을 노린다면, 그 끝은 파멸일 수 밖에 없다.

우리가 그동안 무수히 봐온 어벤전스 영화들의 한장면이 떠오른다.

 

이제 정말 세계가 이러한 위험한 위기에 맞딱드리지 않도록 어벤전스 팀을 만들어야 하지 않을까.

말로만, 그리고 실효성없는 회의와 정책 채택이 아니라, 이제는 액션이 필요한 때가 온 듯 하다.

 

The value to bring from the meeting between North Korea, China and Russia is obvious, but the power can be greater than expected.
And it may be difficult for us to dare to handle.
If three globally isolated countries aim for globally terrifying weapons and power, the end can only be ruined.
It reminds me of a scene from the Avengers movies we have seen countless times.
Now, shouldn't we really make an Avengers team to prevent the world from facing such a dangerous crisis?
Rather than just words and ineffective meetings and policy adoption, the time seems to have come for action.
