북한의 무기 개발(North Korean weapons development)

며칠 전 열병식에서 김정은 일부 신형 무인기, 전투기, ICBM 등을 공개했다.

전승절은 핵무기를 개발하고 있는 북한에게 자신들의 신무기를 마음껏 자랑할 수 있는 공개적인 '무기자랑의 날'이다.

7.27, 전승절, 스스로 전쟁을 승리했다고 자축하고 앞으로도 무기 개발에 힘쓸 것을 대내외적으로 공개하고 다지는 날이다.대한민국은 이날을 휴전협정일로 알고 있지만, 북한은 자신들이 6.25 전쟁에서 승리했다고 자축하는 날이다.

그 의미부터 남과 북은 서로 다르게 인식하고 있다.

그도 그럴것이, 북한은 교과서에 남한이 미국과 함께 편을 먹고 북한을 침략한 전쟁이 6.25라고 알고 있으니 말이다.

아무튼 7.27은 김정은이 그동안 준비한 무기들을 공개하고 자랑하는 시간이라고 생각할 수 있다.

이날 공개된 사진 속의 글로벌호크에 대해 해킹인지, 짝퉁인지 말이 많다.

이런 이야기들을 하기에 앞서 나는 북한의 근성에 대해 칭찬하고 싶다.

북한은 세계 그 어디에도 없을 '한 우물' 만을 파고 있다.

핵무기 개발, 그리고 대남대미 전략..

이러한 분야에 있어 그들은 정말 대단한 전문가라고 칭하고 싶다.

대남공작관련 전문가는 거의 한 평생 그 일만 한다.

그들에게 정년은 무의미하다.

인사 이동, 정부 교체 등으로 인해 매해, 그리고 주기적으로 시끄럽고 복잡한 다른 나라에 비해, '김정은 나라'는 그야말로

이러한 부분에 있어서는 변동없이 안정적이라고나 할까?

북한이 이러한 무기를 개발하지 못할 거라고, 무시해서는 안된다.

나의 경험으로 볼 때 그들의 무기 개발, 그리고 이러한 분야에 있어서는 매우 특화되어 있다.

나는 감히, 대한민국보다 전략무기 기술이 뛰어날 것이라 예측하고 있다.

I dare to predict that strategic weapon technology will be superior to that of Korea.

 

북한의 일반주민들은 다른 세상과 차단되어 있지만, 김정은의 전문가들은 세계 각지에 퍼져 있고 그들은 세계 어디 나라이든 가서 움직이고 정보를 수집한다.

그들의 신분위장 기술, 복제, 컴퓨터, 그리고 정보수집기술은 우리의 상상을 초월한다.

그들은 우리 군복도 만들고, 그들에게 필요한 것은 무엇이든 만들어 낸다.

이전에 떨어진 무인기에도 일본제, 미국제, 러시아제, 중국제 모든 나라의 부품이 다 들어 있었다.

그들에게 중국과 러시아가 존재하는 한, 그들에게는 세계 그 어디에서 못가져올 자산이 없다는 의미이다.

그렇게 미국을 배척하면서 구찌, 샤넬 등 명품만 쓰는 그들이 참 아이러니 하지만, 

우리가 그들이 못할 것이라고 착각해서는 안된다는 의미이다.

굳이 해킹이 아니더라도, 굳이 짝퉁이 아니더라도, 중국과 러시아, 또는 동남 아시아, 유럽 등을 통해 얼마든지 그들이 원하는 것을 수집할 수 있다.

지금 우리에게 필요한 것은 좀더 유연한 사고이다.

그들은 다 가질수 있다고 보면된다.

한국은 너무 제약이 많다.

무기적인 측면에서 현재 대한민국은 미국 없이는 북한에 비해 턱없이 부족하고 아무것도 할 수가 없다.

이것이 왜 그들이 '종전'을 원하고 미군을 남한에서 몰아내고자 하는 근본적이 이유이다.

북한은 이것을 알고 있다.

모든 가능성을 생각하고 대비해야 한다.

일전에 무인기에 대해 포스팅한 적이 있지만,

한국 무인기 지원은 멈춘지 오래다.

문 정부 시절 중단된 예산, 교육 지원 등으로 모든 무기 개발이 더디고 어렵다.

따라서 하루 빨리 대응할 수 있는 자산을 개발하고 연구하는 것이 대한민국이 대처할 자세이다.

현식을 직시하고 그에 대비하는 것만이 우리가 할 일이다.

 

그들의 해킹을 다 막을수도, 개발을 막을 수도 없다.

다만, 핵우산을 준비해야 하는지, 그 많은 드론 공격에는 어떻게 대비할 것인지 미리 생각해야 한다.

드론에는 화학무기, 포탄을 실을 수 있다.

드론 뿐 아니라 그들이 날려보내는 대남 풍선도 있다.

그 풍선을 분석해보면 그들의 기술이 믿어지기 어려울 만큼 신기하다.

 

따라서 모든 공격을 예상하고 대비하는 것, 그것만이 대한민국이 북한의 돌발상황으로부터 국민들의 안전을 지키는 방법일 것이다.

 

What we need now is more flexible thinking.

Development of all weapons is slow and difficult due to the suspended budget and educational support during the Moon administration.
Therefore, Korea's attitude is to develop and research assets that can respond as quickly as possible.
It is our job to face the current situation and prepare for it.


We can't stop all of their hacking, or we can't stop their development.
However, we need to think in advance about whether we need to prepare a nuclear umbrella and how to prepare for that many drone attacks.
Drones can carry chemical weapons and shells.
In addition to drones, there are also balloons they send to South Korea.
Analyzing the balloons, their skills are incredible.

Therefore, anticipating and preparing for all attacks is the only way for the Republic of Korea to keep its people safe from North Korea's unexpected situation.
