북한은 왜 대남 오물풍선을 날렸을까?
단순히 도발일까?
그렇다면 이전에는 없었던 걸까?
솔직히 북한의 이러한 전술은 오래되었다.
하지만 정권에 따라서 이러한 일들이 공개되지 않았을 뿐이다.

국민들을 지켜낼 수 없다.
단순히 확성기를 재개하겠다는 것은 대비책이 될수 없다.
그들은 오직 도발, 전쟁에 집중한다.
한국도 더 적극적으로 이에 대한 대비를 해야할 때이다.
