정말 북한은 실제로 전쟁을 일으킬까?

6.25 때와 지금을 비교할 수는 없다.

상황적으로나 모든 면에서 그 때보다 훨씬 더 위험 할지도 모른다.

개인적으로, 그 위험이라는 것이 확전이라고 말하고 싶다.

단순히 한반도 전쟁이 아닌,

그 옛날, 누군가가 말한 세계 제 3차 대전으로의 확전 말이다.

이는 단순히 한반도 전쟁으로 끝날 일이 아니다.

 

만약 북한이 전쟁을 하고자 시작하면, 중국과 러시아의 개입은 뻔한 일이다.미국과 일본도 가만히 있지 않을 것이다.북한과 무기 및 각종 기술 교류가 있는 이란 및 다른 테러국들도 마찬가지이다.이를 북한이 모를 리가 없다.각국들도 모를 리가 없다.그렇다면 북한이 일방적으로 당장 전쟁을 일으킨다 아니다의 문제는 논쟁의 가치가 없다.

여기서 가장 중요한 점은 북한의 속내이다.그럼, 그가 원하는 것은 무엇인가.이토록 강경하게 전쟁을 외치고 있는 그 속내를 제대로 파악해야 한다.전쟁을 시작하는 순간, 북한은 종말로 치닫는 다는 것을 잘 알고 있다.따라서, 쉽게 전쟁을 시작할순 없다.하지만 각종 도발과 위협으로 자신들이 원하는 방향으로 끌고 가고자 할 것이다.이것이 그들의 진정한 속내이다.

 

지난 60여년이 넘도록, 항상 그래왔고, 그렇게 하고 있다.다만, 이제 더 위협적인 무기를 가지고 더 명확하게 말하고 있음에겁이나는 것도 사실이다.

지난 역사를 돌이켜보자.북한은 남한을 자신들의 손바닥 위에서 움직이고자 한다."북한의 지령대로 움직이는 남한 사람들"이라는 책처럼, 그런 남한을 꿈꾼다.그리고 언젠가 자신들의 뜻대로 적화통일을 노릴 것이다.남한은 5년마다, 진보정권과 보수정권이 엎치락 뒤치락했지만,이명박 정권에서 박근혜 정권으로 이어가며 10년 보수정권을 이룰수 있었다.그리고 가짜 진보, 북한의 지령대로 움직이는 남한 사람들을 뿌리 뽑지 못하고,탄핵이라는 그들의 염원으로 다시 가짜 진보가 정권을 잡고,북한의 힘을 키워줬다.북한의 핵 완성은 문정부 5년간 거의 완성된 것이라 해도 과언이 아니다.이에 북한은 매우 자신감에 찼고, 거의 그들의 목표가 코앞까지 온 순간,다행히도 남한은 다시 보수로 자리매김했다.당연히 북한은 매우 실망스러웠다.그리고 이를 흔들어 놓아야 하기에 점점 더 그 수위는 높아지고 있다.항상 보수에서 선거때마다 '북풍'이라 불리던 것들은 북한이 만들어 낸 것이었다.

우선 필요없는 통일부를 폐지하고,

마치 짝사랑 처럼, 우리만 통일을 외치다가 뒤통수를 맞지 말고,

차라리 적국을 대하듯 철저하게 선을 그어야 한다.

때론, 냉철하게 선을 긋고 한 발 물러서 바라볼 때 그 해답이 보이는 법이다.

좀 더 냉정하게, 그리고 대담하게, 그것이 지킬수 있는 유일한 방법이 아닐까 싶다.
