남조선 인가 대한민국인가 (South Korea? of Republic of Korea?)

김여정의 공격적인 담화를 두고, 그 말속에 담긴 '남조선', '대한민국' 의 의미에 대해 의견이 분분하다.

'대한민국' 이라는 표현은 극히 이례적인 것임에는 틀림이 없다.

하지만 이를 두고 '적화통일' 노선을 변경한 것이 아니냐는 섣부른 판단은 금물이다.

아직도 조선노동당 규약은 바뀌지 않고 있기 때문이다.

Regarding Kim Yeo-jung's aggressive discourse, opinions are divided about the meaning of 'South Korea' and 'Republic of Korea' contained in the words.
There is no doubt that the expression 'Republic of Korea' is extremely unusual.
However, it is not right to make hasty judgments about whether this is a change in the route of 'reunification by redemption'.
This is because the rules of the Labors' Party of Korea are still unchanged.

 

2021년 개정된 조선 노동당 규약에는 

 

"조선로동당의 당면목적은 공화국북반부에서 부강하고 문명한 사회주의사회를 건설하며 전국적 범위에서 사회의 자주적이며 민주주의적인 발전을 실현하는데 있으며 최종목적은 인민의 리상이 완전히 실현된 공산주의사회를 건설하는데 있다."

"조선로동당은 청년운동을 강화하는 것을 당과 국가의 최대의 중대사, 혁명의 전략적요구로 내세우고 청년들을 당의 후비대, 척후대로 튼튼히 키우며 근로단체들의 역할을 높여 광범한 군중을 당의 두리에 묶어세우고 사회주의건설을 위한 투쟁에로 조직동원한다.

조선로동당은 전 조선의 애국적 민주력량과의 통일전선을 강화하며 해외동포들의 민주주의적 민족권리와 리익을 옹호보장하고 그들을 애국애족의 기치아래 굳게 묶어세우며 민족적 자존심과 애국적 열의를 불러일으켜 조국의 통일발전과 륭성번영을 위한 길에 적극 나서도록 한다.

 

조선로동당은 남조선에서 미제의 침략무력을 철거시키고 남조선에 대한 미국의 정치군사적지배를 종국적으로 청산하며 온갖 외세의 간섭을 철저히 배격하고 강력한 국방력으로 근원적인 군사적 위협들을 제압하여 조선반도의 안전과 평화적 환경을 수호하며 민족자주의 기치, 민족대단결의 기치를 높이 들고 조국의 평화통일을 앞당기고 민족의 공동번영을 이룩하기 위하여 투쟁한다."

"The immediate purpose of the Labors' Party of Korea is to build a prosperous and civilized socialist society in the northern half of the Republic and to realize the independent and democratic development of society throughout the country, and its ultimate goal is to build a communist society in which the people's ideal is fully realized."

완전한 공산주의 실현, 애국적 민주역량과 통일전선 강화, 해외동포들의 민주주의적 민족권리와 이익을 옹호, 조국의 통일발전, 남조선의 미제 침략무력 철거, 조국의 평화통일을 앞당기고 민족의 공동번영을 이룩하기 위해 투쟁한다는 것은 여전히 그들의 최종목적은 '한반도의 적화통일'이다.

 

To realize complete communism, strengthen patriotic democratic capacity and united front, defend the democratic national rights and interests of overseas compatriots, develop the unification of the motherland, dismantle the US imperialist aggression forces in South Korea, advance the peaceful reunification of the homeland, and achieve shared prosperity of the nation. Struggle for the Korean peninsula is still their ultimate goal, 'reunification through communism'

당규약의 단어가 바뀌었다는 이유로 적화통일 노선을 포기한 것이 아니냐는 의견도 있었지만,

전체 규약을 보면, 그들의 확고한 의지를 볼수 있다.

최고 당 규약은 그들에게 숙명과도 같은 것이다. 법보다 우위에 있는 이 규약에서 적화통일의 의미가 빠지지 않는 이상, 그들의 노선이 달라졌다고 섣부른 판단을 하는 것은 매우 위험하다.

그것이 그들이 원하는 수법이기 때문이다.

항상 그들은 '화전양면' 전술을 써왔다. 

이것은 화목하게 지낼 것을 권하는 동시에 싸움을 준비하거나 실제로 싸우는 전술이다.

한국은 항상 그들의 이러한 전략에 농락당해왔다고 해도 과언이 아니다.

 

There was also an opinion that the line of communization was abandoned because the words in the Party Rules were changed.

Because that's what they want.
They have always used the 'Stick-and-carrot strategy' tactic.
This is a tactic that encourages harmony and at the same time prepares for or actually fights.
It is no exaggeration to say that Korea has always been fooled by its strategy.

 

그렇다면 그들이 왜 '대한민국'이라는 표현을 썼을까?

여러가지 추측이 가능하지만, '남조선'과 더이상 상대하지 않겠다. 

우리는 미국과 직접 대화하겠다는 의미가 더욱 강조된 것이 아닐까 하는 추측을 해본다.

그리고 유학파인 김정은 글로벌한 북한을 지향하고 있다.

어쩌면 더이상 구시대적인 북조선, 남조선이라는 단어자체를 바꾸고 싶은 것이 아닌가 하는 생각도 든다.

어차피 대한민국은 괴뢰들이고, 대한민국은 적이기 때문이다.

 

Then why did they use the expression 'Republic of Korea'?
Various assumptions are possible, but I will not deal with 'South Korea' anymore.
We speculate that the meaning of direct dialogue with the United States may have been emphasized more.
And Kim Jong-un, who studied abroad, is aiming for a global North Korea.
I also think that maybe they want to change the old-fashioned words of North Korea and South Korea.
After all, South Korea is a puppet, and South Korea is an enemy.

 

나는 그들이 어떠한 노선을 바꾸려고 위 단어를 선택했다고 생각하지 않는다.

여기에 일희일비하는 대한민국의 우스운 꼴을 관망하고 싶었던 것은 아닐까.

선택과 집중은 그 어디에도 꼭 필요한 전략이다.

그들은 이번 사건에서도 철저히 우리를 배제하고 미국에게 말하고 있다.

오히려 나는 그들이 두 개의 한국을 배제한 것이라 생각한다.

대한민국은 진정한 한국이 아니고  자신들만이 한반도의 주인이라고 말하고 있으며 미국이 침범한 것이라고 말있는 뉘앙스를 풍긴다.

 

I don't think they chose the above words to change any strategy.
Maybe she wanted to watch the funny scenes of the Republic of Korea, where the joys and sorrows are here.
Selection and concentration are essential strategies everywhere.
Even in this case, they are thoroughly excluding us and talking to the United States.
Rather, I think they excluded two Koreas.
The Republic of Korea is not the true Korea, but they are saying that they are the only owner of the Korean Peninsula, and it gives off a nuance that the US has invaded.

 

북한의 말한마디에 담긴 뉘앙스도 중요하긴 하지만,

좀 더 숲을 보는 시각을 길러야 한다.

아직도 김여정의 '대한민국' 발언에만 집중한다면, 우리는 진정 그들이 무엇을 준비하고 있는지 놓치게 될까봐 안타깝다.

 

Although the nuances in North Korea's words are important,
We need to develop a more forest perspective.
It's a pity that if we still focus on Kim Yeo-jung's 'Republic of Korea' remarks, we will miss what they are really preparing.
