Spanish restaurant - Sevilla

오늘 소개할 곳은 맨하탄 62 Charles St, New York, NY 10014에 위치한 Spanish Restaurant "Sevilla" 이다.

첼시 마켓과 멀지 않은 곳에 위치한 이곳은 레스토랑과 bar가 같이 운영되고 있다.

그래서 그냥 Bar를 즐기러 온 손님들도 많아보였다.

입구부터 Spanish의 분의기가 물씬 풍겼다.

 

The place I'm introducing today is the Spanish Restaurant "Sevilla" located at 62 Charles St, New York, NY 10014 in Manhattan.
Located not far from Chelsea Market, this place is operated as a restaurant and bar together.
So it seems that many customers just come to enjoy the bar.
From the entrance, the Spanish atmosphere is strong.

 

 

내부 장식은 더더욱 유럽풍 분위기를 풍겼다.

그리 넓지 않지만, 아담하면서 엔틱한 분위기를 자아냈다. 

 

The interior decoration gave off an even more European vibe.
It wasn't very spacious, but it had a cozy, antique vibe.

 

 

 

샐러드 드레싱이 매우 상큼하면서도 부드러웠다.

대중적으로 먹었던 맛은 아닌듯 했는데, 

토마토 향이 많이 나면서 매우 맛있었다.

 

The salad dressing was very refreshing and smooth.
It didn't seem to be the taste that people usually eat,
but it was very tasty with a strong tomato flavor.

 

버섯구이는 마치 전복구이같은 맛을 냈다.

모양부터 심상치 않았지만 맛도 좋았다.

 

The grilled mushrooms tasted like grilled abalone.
It looked unusual, but it tasted good.

 

폭립은 우리가 아는 맛,

달콤하면서 담백한 폭립 맛 그자체였다.

정말 맛있었다. 

 

The taste of the fried rice was what we know,
sweet and mild fried rice itself.
It was really delicious.

 

 

오늘의 하이라이트인 해산물 빠에야와 스테이크,

나는 개인적으로 해산물 빠에야가 정말 좋았다.

큼직막하게 들어간 해산물들이 정말 신선하고 맛있었다.

스테이크도 좋았지만, 스페인 음식의 대표적인 것이 빠에야가 아닐까 싶다.

 

Today's highlight is seafood paella and steak,
I personally really liked the seafood paella.
The large pieces of seafood were really fresh and delicious.
The steak was good, but I think paella is the representative of Spanish food.
