Friedman's Restaurant in UWS

오늘 소개할 레스토랑은 35 West End Ave, New York, NY 10023에 위치한

'Friedman's Restaurant' 이다.

브런치 뿐만 아니라 다양한 메뉴들이 많이 있어 항상 대기줄이 길다.

인기가 있는 만큼 역시나 음식도 맛있었다.

 

The restaurant we will introduce today is located at 35 West End Ave, New York, NY 10023.
It is ‘Friedman’s Restaurant’.
There are many different menus, not just brunch, so the waiting line is always long.
As it was popular, the food was also delicious.

 

 

 나는 연어를 좋아해서 'NOVA BENNY'를 주문했는데

 정말 맛있었다.

 다른 곳에는 아랫쪽에 빵이 있는 경우가 많은데,

 이곳에는 감자튀김이 바닥에 있어 더 바삭한 식감과 담백함이 더해졌고 

 짭조름한 맛까지 더해져 느끼함도 잡아주었다.

 

 I like salmon, so I ordered 'NOVA BENNY'.
 It was really delicious.
 In other places, there is often bread at the bottom.
 Here, the French fries are on the bottom, adding a crispier texture and lightness.
 The salty taste was also added to reduce the greasiness.

 

두 번째로 주문한 음식은 'LEMON RICOTTA PANCAKES' 였다.

팬케잌 위에 리코타 치즈와 스트로베리, 그리고 레몬이 더해져 산뜻한 맛을 더했다.

그리고 달콤한 시럽과 버터까지 더해졌다.

팬케잌이 따뜻해서 더 맛있게 느껴졌다.  

 

The second food I ordered was 'LEMON RICOTTA PANCAKES'.
Ricotta cheese, strawberries, and lemon were added on top of the pancake to add a refreshing taste.
And sweet syrup and butter were added.
The pancakes were warm so they tasted more delicious.

 

맨하탄에서 산다는 것은 이런 것들을 걸어서 아침에 즐길수 있다는 게 아닐까?

예쁘고 맛있는 브런치를 먹고 나니 하루종일 기분이 좋았다.

역시 식당은 웨이팅이 있더라도 사람들이 많이 가는 곳을 선택하는 것이 맞는 것 같다.

다음에는 다른 메뉴에도 도전을 해봐야 할 듯하다.

 

Doesn’t living in Manhattan mean being able to enjoy these things on foot in the morning?
After eating a beautiful and delicious brunch, I felt good all day.
As expected, it seems right to choose a restaurant where there are a lot of people, even if there is a wait.
I think I'll have to try other menus next time.
