Macy's parade at Thanksgiving!

맨하탄에 살면서 매력적인 또 한가지는

Thanksgiving에 어마어마한 퍼레이드를 한다는 것이다.

아침 일찍부터 많은 인파들이 몰려 기다리고

1년을 준비한 만큼 그 퍼레이드에는 유명한 셀럽부터

대형캐릭터 풍선, 그리고 공연들이 준비되어 있다.

Upper west side부터 시작해서 Macy's 백화점이 있는 34가까지 이어지는 퍼레이드는

정말 축제의 장이다. 

 

Another attractive thing about living in Manhattan is that there is a huge parade on Thanksgiving.
As many people have been waiting since early in the morning and

preparing for the parade for a year, there are famous celebrities,

large character balloons, and performances prepared for the parade.

The parade, which starts from the Upper West Side and continues all the way to 34th Street where Macy's department store is located, is truly a festival.

 

NYPD

NYPD가 이렇게 멋있게 보일줄이야..

처음 출발할때 경찰의 에스코트를 받는데 그야말로 모든 사람들이 참여하는 축제의 장이다.

 

I never thought the NYPD would look this cool...
When you first leave, you are escorted by the police, and it is truly a festival in which everyone participates.

ENHYPEN

올해에는 K-Pop 셀럽 중에 Enhypen이 등장했다.

특히 미국에서 엄청난 인기몰이 중이다.

한국 아이돌 가수들이 이렇게 퍼레이드에 참여하는 것을 보면 정말 뿌듯하다.

사람들의 환호소리가 얼마나 대단한지...

미국은, 맨하탄은.. 매우 매력적인 곳이다.

 

This year, Enhypen appeared among K-Pop celebrities.
It is especially popular in the United States.
It makes me really proud to see Korean idol singers participating in the parade like this.
How loud the people's cheers are...
America, Manhattan... is a very attractive place.
