The Smith - Lincoln center

오늘 소개할 곳은 American restaurant으로 유명한 The Smith 이다.

내가 갔던 곳은 Lincoln Center에 있는 곳인데 테라스, 프라이빗 룸 등 생각보다 다양하고 넓은 규모를 자랑한다.

특정 모임으로 갔던 터라 코스로 먹게 되었는데 에피타이저부터 매우 완벽한 코스였다.

 

The place I will introduce today is The Smith, a famous American restaurant.
The place I went to is in Lincoln Center, and it boasts a variety of facilities, including terraces and private rooms, and is larger than expected.
Since I was there for a special gathering, I had a course meal, and it was a perfect course, starting with the appetizer.

에피타이저로 나온 감자칩, 샐러드, 그리고 크로켓

 

에피타이저로 나온 감자칩, 상큼한 샐러드 그리고 크로켓은 쉐어해서 먹었는데 매우 완벽했다.

바삭한 감자칩에 상큼하고 신선한 샐러드, 그리고 치즈가 들어간 크로켓은 완벽한 조합이었다.  

그리고 여긴 보이지 않지만 칵테일 한잔까지 곁들이니 정말 좋았다.

 

We shared the appetizers of potato chips, refreshing salad, and croquettes and they were perfect.
Crispy potato chips, refreshing salad, and croquettes with cheese were the perfect combination.
And although you can't see it here, it was really nice to have a cocktail with it.

연어 스테이크

 

메인요리는 선택할 수 있는데 파스타, 일반 스테이크, 연어 스테이크 등이 있었다.

나는 연어를 좋아해서 연어 스테이크를 주문했다.

약간 바삭하게 익은 식감이 나는 매우 만족스러웠다.

 

There were main dishes to choose from, including pasta, regular steak, and salmon steak.
I like salmon, so I ordered salmon steak.
I was very satisfied with the slightly crispy texture.

디저트

 

마지막으로 나온 디저트는 세가지였다. 

수제 초코쿠키와 베리요거트, 그리고 아이스크림을 얹은 애플파이였다.

각기 다른 맛과 조합, 상큼함과 달콤함, 그리고 아이스크림의 시원함까지 매우 만족스러웠다.

사실 애플파이와 아이스크림은 처음 먹어보았는데, 

매우 완벽했다. 

새로운 조합을 찾은 기분이었다.

 

There were three final desserts.
It was an apple pie topped with homemade chocolate cookies, berry yogurt, and ice cream.
I was very satisfied with the different flavors and combinations, freshness and sweetness, and even the coolness of the ice cream.
Actually, it was my first time eating apple pie and ice cream.
It was very perfect.
I felt like I found a new combination.
