대북 전단 - 대남 전단 - Flyer against North Korea - Flyer against South Korea

헌법재판소에서 대북전단금지법이 '위헌'이라고 판결한 후,

북한, 그리고 북한 접경지역 주민들의 반발이 거세지고 있다.

 

과연 대북전단, 대남전단이 무엇을 의미하는가?

흔히, 대북전단은 많이 들어왔겠지만, 대남전단은 모르는 사람들이 많다.

말그대로 북한이 남한을 향해 살포하는 전단이다.

모르는 사람들은 모르겠지만, 사실 대북전단에 못지않게 대남전단도 많이 뿌려지고 있다.

다만 언론에서는 대북 전단만 부각시켜서일 것이다.

나는 왜 언론들이 대북 전단에 대한 기사화를 부각하면서 남-남 갈등에 동조하는지 잘 모르겠다.

북한이 노리는 것들은 그들의 목소리를 키우는 것도 있지만 이로 인한 남-남 갈등을 더욱 조장하는 것,

이 또한 그들의 목표이다.

What North Korea aims for is not only to raise their voices but also to further encourage South-South conflict.

나는 실제로 대북전단도 많이 보고 대남전단도 많이 봐왔다.

그리고 이것을 실제로 접한 북한 사람들도 만나봤다.

남한에서 보내는 대북전단은 실제로 북한내부로 들어가기가 쉽지 않다.

바람의 방향도 어려울 뿐 아니라, 북한의 전략적인 기술에 비하면 솔직히 많이 허술하다.

또한 대다수가 남한지역에 다시 떨어지거나 멈춘다.

어렵사리 북한에 도착해 북한 주민이 줍는다고 해도, 북한이라는 사회구조에서 이것이 미치는 영향력보다

북한이 이용해 먹을 가치가 더 높다.

비난의 수위와 그리고 주민들에 대한 압박..

심지어 대남 전단 풍선 등 안에서 발견되는 방향기, 타이머, 그리고 무선조종기 까지..

그들의풍선은 대북전단 풍선과는 완전히 다르다.

나는 한국도 조금더 공세적일 필요가 있다고 생각한다.

한국에서 대남전단이 발견되어도 시민들의 우려를 너무 '깊이' 배려한 나머지 공개하지 않거나 쉬쉬한다.

그리고 대북전단에 있어서 매우 공세적으로 북한을 동조하고 남-남 갈등을 조장한다.

북한은 항상 우리가 혼란에 빠지고 갈등에 빠지기를 바란다.

그 틈을 타서 언제든 공격할 시기를 엿 보고 있다.

한국에서의 또 다른 갈등은 이들에게 쉬운 빌미를 준다.

 

I think Korea also needs to be a little more aggressive.
Even if anti- South Korea flyers are discovered in Korea, they do not disclose them or keep quiet about them because they are too 'deeply' concerned about citizens' concerns.
And when it comes to leaflets against North Korea, they are very aggressive in sympathizing with North Korea and encouraging South-South conflict.
North Korea always wants us to fall into chaos and conflict.

Another conflict in Korea gives them an easy excuse.

 

전 세계가 전쟁으로 시름하고 있다.

한반도도 언제터질지 모르는 시한 폭탄을 안고 있는 지금,

한국 내에서의 정쟁, 갈등을 아무런 도움이 되지 않는다.

무엇이 진정 한반도를 지키는 일인가.

언론인들도, 정치인들도, 각성할 필요가 있다.

남한은 또 다른 두개의 한국으로 나눠지고 있는 것은 아닌지 안타깝다.

 

The whole world is struggling with war.
The Korean Peninsula is now facing a time bomb that may explode at any moment.
It is of no help to political strife and conflict within Korea.
What truly protects the Korean Peninsula?
The media and politicians also need to wake up.
It is unfortunate that South Korea is being divided into two Koreas.
