종로 BBQ - 종로 곱창 - 종로 상회(Jongro BBQ - Jongro Gopchang - Jongro Sanghoe)

한국에선 정말 익숙하고 역사적이고 문화적인 이름, 종로.

나는 맨하탄에 있는 종로 BBQ에 방문했다.

맨하탄 32가 한인타운에 있는 종로 BBQ는 2층에 일반 BBQ, 5층에 곱창이 있다.

나는 개인적으로 곱창을 너무 좋아해서 곱창을 먹으러 5층에 방문했다.

그 이름답게, 정말 맛있게 먹었다는 ㅎㅎㅎ

 

In Korea, Jongro is a very familiar, historical and cultural name.
I visited Jongro BBQ in Manhattan.
Jongro BBQ, located in Koreatown on 32nd Street in Manhattan, has regular BBQ on the 2nd floor and beef intestine on the 5th floor.
I personally like "gopchang"(beef intestine) so much that I went to the 5th floor to eat "gopchang".
True to its name, I really enjoyed it lol.

 

기본 차림상

한국에서 친근한 파채, 상추, 각종 양념 반찬들, 그리고 샐러드, 쌈무, 계란찜! 게다가 platter를 시키면 콘치즈가 같이 나온다.

Green onions, lettuce, various seasoned side dishes, salad, radish wraps, and steamed eggs in Korea! In addition, if you order a platter, corn cheese comes out together.

콘치즈

저 콘치즈 안에 떡사리도 들어있다. 우리가 아는 맛에 더한 맛이라고나 할까.

한번 중독되면 저것만 먹고 싶은 맛이었다.

아이들도 좋아하는 콘치즈!

이건 5층에만 있다.

 

There are also rice cakes in that corn cheese. I guess it's more of a taste than what we know.
Once addicted, it was the taste that made me want to eat only that.
Corn cheese that kids love!
It is only on the 5th floor.

대창

그리고 내가 좋아하는 대창!! 

platter 에 옵션으로 나온 것이라 사실 양이 많진 않았지만 정말 고소함이 최고였다.

 

And my favorite Daechang!!
It came out as an option on the platter, so it wasn't a lot

in fact, the taste was really the best.

김치말이 국수

그리고 5층 만의 시그니처, 김치말이 국수!!

정말 강추한다.

곱창이나 고기를 먹고 난 후 냉면도 맛있지만 정말 특색있는 김치말이 국수 이다.

약간 매콤하면서 살얼음으로 시원함이 절묘하게 섞여 있는데 정말 중독이 강한 맛!

자꾸자꾸 생각나고 끊임없이 들어가는 맛이랄까.

정말 맛있었다.

이런 맛은 한국에서 먹어본 적이 없는 듯 했다.

일반 신김치와도 그 산미가 다르고, 매우 특색있었다.

또 먹고싶어 진다는 ㅎㅎㅎ

종로 BBQ에 가면 5층 곱창도 꼭 들러보시길 강추한다.

Really recommend
After eating giblets or meat, naengmyeon is also delicious, but kimchi rolled noodles are really unique.
It's a little spicy and cool with thin ice, but it's a really addictive taste!
It must be a taste that comes to mind over and over and over again.
It was really good.
It was like I had never tasted such a taste in Korea.
Its acidity was different from that of normal sour kimchi, and it was very distinctive.
I want to eat again lol.
If you go to Jongno BBQ, I highly recommend stopping by the 5th floor gobchang!
