NUBIANI in Manhattan - 너비아니 Korean BBQ

오늘 소개할 Korean BBQ는 맨하탄 한인타운에 위치한 '너비아니- NUBIANI' 이다.

맨하탄 한인타운에는 다양한 Korean BBQ 레스토랑이 있는데, 

조금씩 차별화 된 특색을 가지고 있다. 

그 중 NUBIANI는 가장 고급스러운 레스토랑이 아닐까 싶다.

 

The Korean BBQ to be introduced today is ‘NUBIANI’ located in Koreatown, Manhattan.
There are a variety of Korean BBQ restaurants in Manhattan’s Koreatown.
It has slightly differentiated characteristics.
Among them, I think NUBIANI is the most luxurious restaurant.

 

그리 넓거나 크지 않지만, 한 명이나 두 명이 왔을때 앉을 수 잇는 '바(Bar)' 형식의 자리가 그 고급스러움을 더했다.

그리고 기본 상차림이 다른 레스토랑보다 풍부했다.

또한 접시가 비워지자 마자 계속해서 리필해 주는 서비스가 다른 곳보다 매우 좋았다. 

 

Although it is not very spacious or large, the 'bar' type of seating where one or two people can sit adds to the luxurious feel.
And the basic table setting was richer than other restaurants.
Also, the service of continuously refilling the plate as soon as it was empty was much better than in other places.

 

그리고 화산같은 계란찜, 매우 맛있었다.

고기를 먹느라 찍지 못했지만, 불판이 연기를 흡입해서 전혀 연기가 나지 않았다.

물론 가게에 따라서는 차콜을 쓰거나 숯불을 쓰는 경우 연기가 날 수 밖에 없는 경우도 있다지만,

어쨌든 연기 때문에 불편하거나 고기 냄새가 배지 않아서 좋았다.

그리고 가방을 걸 수 있게 테이블에 꽂는 간이 걸이를 주는 서비스 등 섬세한 부분들을  신경써 주는 것이

고객으로서는 만족스러웠다.

 

I couldn't take a picture because I was eating meat, but the grill inhaled the smoke so there was no smoke at all.
Of course, depending on the store, there are cases where smoke is inevitable when charcoal or charcoal is used.
Anyway, it was nice that there was no discomfort due to the smoke or the smell of meat.
Also, they pay attention to the details, such as providing a simple hanger on the table to hang your bag.
As a customer, I was satisfied.

그리고 식사 후 주는 아이스크림 서비스는 마지막 입가심으로 매우 좋았다.

유자가 뿌려져 있어서 달콤함을 더해주고 고기향이 입안에서 깨끗하게 정리되는 느낌이었다. 

정말 만족스러운 식사였다.

이렇게 후식을 주는 곳은 이 곳밖에 없었던 것 같다.

고급스러운 분위기에 만족스러운 서비스, 그리고 고급스러운 고기 맛까지, 가격은 다른 레스토랑들과 크게 다르지 않았다.

Korean BBQ를 조금 더 고급스럽게 즐기고 싶다면 이곳을 찾는 것도 추천하고 싶다.

 

And the ice cream service provided after the meal was very nice as a final treat.
The sprinkling of yuzu added sweetness, and the meat flavor felt clean in my mouth.
It was a truly satisfying meal.
I think this was the only place that served dessert like this.
With a luxurious atmosphere, satisfactory service, and luxurious meat taste, the prices were not much different from other restaurants.
If you want to enjoy Korean BBQ in a more luxurious way, I recommend visiting this place.
