Queensyard - New American Restaurant

맨하탄 허드슨 야드에 위치한 퀸즈야드 레스토랑, 우연히 들어갔는데 정말 음식 맛이 최고였다.

정원같은 실내 분위기, 그리고 통유리로 보이는 Vessel,

이탈리안 레스토랑이나 프랑스 레스토랑인가 했는데 미국 레스토랑이었다.

큰 그림이 한 쪽 벽면에 위치해 있어 갤러리 같은 느낌도 주었다. 

나는 연어를 좋아해서 Salmon Benedict를 주문했고 스타터로 굴을 주문했다. 

 

I stumbled into Queensyard Restaurant, located in Manhattan's Hudson Yards, and the food was truly delicious.
A garden-like interior atmosphere and a vessel visible through glass,
I thought it was an Italian or French restaurant, but it turned out to be an American restaurant.
A large painting was located on one wall, giving it a gallery-like feel.
I like salmon so I ordered Salmon Benedict and oysters as a starter.

비주얼답게 계란을 자르자 노른자가 연어를 코팅하면서 흘러내렸고 

연어와의 조합이 정말 환상적이었다. 

맥 앤 치즈도 시켰는데 미국답게 생각보다 양이 많았다. 

고소함과 치즈폭탄.. 집에서 만들어 먹던 맥 앤 치즈와는 완전히 달랐다.

 

Just like the visual, when I cut the egg, the yolk flowed out, coating the salmon.
The combination with salmon was truly fantastic.
I also ordered mac and cheese, and as it is in the US, it was larger than I expected.
The flavor and the cheese bomb... It was completely different from the mac and cheese I used to make at home.

 

맥 앤 치즈

이외 햄버거나 샌드위치도 미국 답게 두툼한 고기, 생감자 식감 그대로의 감자 튀김,

퀄리티가 매우 뛰어났다.

20 Hudson Yards는 복합쇼핑몰로 되어 있다.

쇼핑도 하고 맛있는 것도 먹을 수 있는 Hudson Yards, 

Edge도 위치하고 있어 전망대를 간다면 쇼핑몰과 레스토랑 들를수 있다.

새로운 볼거리와 먹거리, 체험장이 있는 곳이다.
