Fasano Italian Restaurant- Manhattan

오늘은 맨하탄에 있는 이탈리안 레스토랑을 소개하려고 한다.

주소는 60 E 49th St, New York, NY 10017 이다. Park Ave 근처에 있다.

이곳은 dress code가 있다.

그래서 옷을 예의 있게(?) 갖춰 입고 가는 것이 좋다.

내부는 dress code에 맞게 고급스런 장식과 분위기를 뽐내고 있다.

 

Today, I would like to introduce an Italian restaurant in Manhattan.

There is a dress code here.
That's why it's good to dress politely(?) and go.
The interior boasts a luxurious decoration and atmosphere in line with the dress code.

디너에는 주로 코스요리가 있다.

와인은 너무 종류가 많고 가격도 비싸서 기억이 잘 나지 않는다.

그래도 와인을 마시긴 했는데...

각종 파스타, 리소토, 샐러트, 그리고 카르파치노와 같은 안주거리도 있다.

가격이 저렴하진 않지만 그 퀄리티와 맛은 그 값어치를 하는 듯 했다.

그릇부터 고급 레스토랑이라고 매우 알려주고 있다. 

 

For dinner, there are mainly course dishes.
There are so many kinds of wine and the prices are so expensive that I can't remember.
I drank some wine though...
There are also side dishes such as various kinds of pasta, risotto, salads, and carpaccio.
The price is not cheap, but the quality and taste seemed to be worth it.
It is very telling that it is a high-class restaurant from the plate.

파스타

나는 개인적으로 양이 그렇게 많지 않았던 것이 오히려 좋았던 것 같다.

미국의 식당들은 미국인들 기준으로 측정되어 있어서 그런지, 대부분 음식량이 많다.

나는 항상 나머지를 집으로 가져왔지만 잘 먹지 않은 기억이...

음식 하나하나 정성과 고급스러움이 돋보인다.

스테이크 집 이후로 고급스러운 이탈리아 레스토랑을 가본 것은 처음인 것 같다.

피자나 파스타를 먹으로 가보았을 뿐, 정통 이탈리아 레스토랑은 별로 가본 적이 없다.

하지만 색다른 맛을 즐기고 싶다면 한번 쯤 이런 이탈리아 레스토랑도 충분히 즐기면 좋을 것 같다.

 

Personally, I think it was rather good that the amount wasn't that much.
Restaurants in the United States are measured by the standard of Americans, so most of them have a lot of food.
I always brought the rest home, but I don't remember eating it well.
Each dish stands out with sincerity and luxury.
I think it's the first time I've been to a luxurious Italian restaurant since a steak house.
I've only been to pizza or pasta, but I've never been to an authentic Italian restaurant.
However, if you want to enjoy a different taste, it would be nice to enjoy this Italian restaurant at least once.

CARPACCIO FASANO

특히 카르파치노는 처음 먹어봤는데 정말 맥주 안주로 딱이라는..

저건 소고기였는데 육회도 아닌 것이.. 특이하면서 이색적인, 그리고 짭쪼름한 맛이 입맛을 당겼다.

육포가 생각나지만, 육포는 아니고 육회도 아니고..

하지만 간단히 맥주와 먹기에 정말 알맞은 메뉴가 아니었나 싶다.

한번 쯤 고급스러움을 즐겨보고 싶다면 이를 충족시킬수 있는 레스토랑이 아닐까 싶다.

 

In particular, I tried carpaccino for the first time, and it was really perfect as a beer snack.
That was beef, but it wasn't even raw meat.
It reminds me of beef jerky, but it's not beef jerky, and it's not raw meat.
However, I don't think it was a really suitable menu to eat with beer.
If you want to enjoy luxury once in a while, I think this is a restaurant that can satisfy it.
