오늘 소개할 곳은 125 MacDougal St, New York, NY 10012에 위치한 "The Groove" 라는 "Jazz Bar" 이다

재즈바로 유명한 'Blue Note' 바로 옆에 위치해 있는데, 이곳 또한 항상 사람들로 가득차 있다.

밖에서 보면 그냥 바 같이 생겼지만,

안으로 들어가면 꽤 긴 통로로 깊숙히 자리한 공연장을 볼수 있다.

분위기 또한 매우 아늑하다.

 

From the outside, it looks like just a bar,
but once you go inside, you can see a performance hall located deep inside a fairly long passageway.
The atmosphere is also very cozy.

 

이 날 밴드는 기타와 색소폰 연주가 매우 두드러졌다. 

특히 여자 연주자, "KiKi" 의 색소폰 연주는 정말 멋졌다.

 

On this day, the band's guitar and saxophone playing were very prominent.
In particular, the saxophone playing of the female player, "KiKi" was really great.

 

한 시간 반 가량 이어진 공연에서 그들의 열정과, 음악, 그리고 어우러짐을 함께 느꼈다.

칵테일과 각종 안주들도 가득하다.

재즈공연이 보고 싶은 날, 블루노트 말고 이곳을 들려보는 것도 좋을 듯 하다.

 

During the performance that lasted about an hour and a half, I felt their passion, music, and harmony.
There are also plenty of cocktails and various snacks.
If you want to see a jazz performance, it might be a good idea to visit this place instead of Blue Note.
