Busan Gukbap (부산국밥) - New Jersey

오늘 소개할 곳은 뉴저지 포트리, 2444 Lemoine Ave, Fort Lee, NJ 07024 에 위치한

"부산 국밥"이다.

부산 국밥이라고 하면 사실 "돼지 국밥"이 유명한데,

이곳에는 돼지 국밥부터 순대 국밥 등 각종 국밥들이  많이 있다.

When it comes to Busan Gukbap, the famous “pork gukbap” is actually famous.

길가에 위치한 이 가게는 매우 아담하게 되어 있어 자리가 많지는 않다.

가게 뒤에는 작지만 주차장이 만들어져 있고 

점심에는 조금 기다려야 하기도 한다.

그래도 국밥의 향수가 생각날 때는 이곳이 제격인 듯 하다.

 

This store, located on the side of the road, is very small and does not have a lot of seating.
There is a small but parking lot behind the store. 
You may have to wait a bit during lunch.
Still, when you crave the nostalgia of soup, this seems like the perfect place.

 

부산에는 사이드로 고추와 양파 등을 주기도 하는데,

이곳에는 부추까지만 주는 듯 했다.

그래도 한국의 '국밥'을 느끼기에는 충분하다.

국물의 진한 맛이 일품이었다.

뜨끈한 국물과 국밥이 생각날 때 이곳에서 국밥을 먹는 것이 좋을 듯 하다.

 

In Busan, they also serve peppers and onions as side dishes.
